Estro is an herbal tincture containing plant-derived phytoestrogens, including black cohosh,
which is extensively used in Europe. Phytoestrogens have been researched for their ability to support a woman's body.
Estro also contains the essential oil
of clary sage (Salvia sclarea), which contains sclareol, an essential oil phytoestrogen.
How to use: Take two to three droppers in juice or water two to three times daily. Estro may be taken for as long as four
weeks to reach maximum effectiveness.
Ingredients: Extracts of black cohosh and blue cohosh; royal jelly; essential oils of fennel
